This sometimes requires additional staffing or extended access to the space.
On the guest side, flow is everything. Large gaps between events, especially between ceremony and cocktail hour, can leave guests unsure of what to do. Even when gaps are unavoidable, there are thoughtful ways to guide guests and keep them comfortable.
It’s also important to ensure guests are taken care of while you are taking photos. No one wants to wait for food or drinks while the couple is away.
