Riane and Zach’s Rehearsal Dinner was so special! The groom’s mom really wanted guests to have a cool experience and have dinner outdoors. Dinner on a Denver bridge overlooking Downtown and the Ball Arena? Yes, please! The only thing is, well….this is Denver. We sometimes get crazy weather and that is something I unfortunately cannot control but the couple and the groom’s mom loved the idea of a tented option and we of course made it look fabulous! We worked closely with the mother of the groom to make this night magical. The wedding was going to be at the Denver Botanic Gardens and it was designed to be colorful so they wanted another direction for the rehearsal dinner. This was going to be sleek, modern and match the bride’s cool style! For this design, we utilized whites with green only for the foliage used on the floral hanging installation. Each menu had a wax seal attaching each guests name to the menu. We went with silver flatware and bought elevated plastic glassware that truly looked like real glass! You are not allowed to have glass on the bridge since there’s a public trail right underneath. We also designed this with 2 lounges for people to use during cocktail hour (they were a hit!) and a 1/2 rounded bar to tie everything together nicely. The food and service from Coohills Restaurant was also phenomenal too. I cannot wait to have another rehearsal dinner here again!
